What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concrete Production Associate (Laborer) position at FADDIS CONCRETE PRODUCTS?
Precast Concrete plant in New Castle, PA has immediate opening for Production Associates.

Assists in manufacturing concrete structures in a fast-paced work environment. Experience is preferred but not required. We will train suitable candidates based on the job assignment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Performs ALL duties required for production. These include performing the following tasks:
§ Tie rebar cages
§ Bend rebar
§ Pour concrete
§ Level concrete using shovels and rakes
§ Vibrate concrete
§ Finish concrete
§ Patch and repair concrete
§ Assembles forms for stripping and re-use
§ Uses small tools such as grinders, impact guns, and cut off saws in a safe manner
§ Keeps work area clean and free of debris to maintain safe working environment
Additional Responsibilities:
§ Operates crane and forklifts
§ Operates concrete bucket for mixing and pouring concrete
§ Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
§ Other duties as assigned
