Faddis Concrete Products is looking for a Quality Control Manager to join our growing company.

Our pay is negotiable based on your experience level.
The primary responsibilities include:
- Interprets engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, or formulas and confers with management or engineering to determine quality and reliability standards
- Maintains all required QC documentation in addition to any other state or customer required documentation
- Manages department to complete all product inspection documentation and record keeping
- Prepares and analyzes department reports
- Maintains plant certifications and QC plans
- Ordering of materials; cement, sand, stone
- Follow established company rules and regulations and safety procedures
- Assuring work is completed in a timely and accurate manner
- Takes responsibility for quality of work performed by self and team to meet customer needs and project specifications
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations
- Schedule personnel for workload to meet customer demands
- Train new department employees as necessary, including batch plant operations and QC tech position requirements.
Qualifications:
- Must have ACI Level I Certification (no exceptions)
Optional Qualifications:
- ACI Strength Testing Technician
- ACI Self Consolidating Concrete (SCC) Testing Technician
- PQS Level I or ACPA Q Cast equivalent training program
- NPCA certification preferred
- either manufacturing experience or Field testing/inspection experience
- Must have the aptitude to learn math calculations and how to read production shop drawings
