Maintenance Supervisor

Faddis Concrete Products has an immediate opening for a Hands-on Maintenance Supervisor within our growing company.

Summary Manages maintenance systems and repairs within a manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as necessary

• Overseeing the implementation of safety policies and procedures within the department.
• Provide updated monthly reports to the plant manager with PM schedules.
• Monitor, identify and respond promptly to signs of malfunction in machinery
• Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment such as cement mixers, forklifts, generators, compressors, and concrete vibrators
• Perform emergency repairs on various types of machinery.
• Identify and replace worn or damaged parts in a timely manner.
• Compiles and submits daily work orders
• Review cost estimates provided by vendors with Plant Management
• Coordinates work performed by sub-contractors and vendors
• Control maintenance equipment and parts inventory
• Responsible for grounds maintenance, organization, and cleanliness

Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. as needed.
• Must be reliable and exhibit excellent attendance.

Schedule: Typical 8-10 hr shift Monday-Friday, but flexible hours and some weekends required as needed for repairs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
