Acting as the primary liaison between homeowners / clients and Fading West Construction, this role ensures all warranty issues are addressed in a timely, professional, and efficient manner. The Warranty Superintendent will coordinate repairs, communicate with internal teams and subcontractors, and maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Warranty Claims Management : Oversee and manage the service email / portal, ensuring timely and respectful responses to client and homeowner inquiries. Schedule service appointments with clients and homeowners who submit warranty claims. Update and maintain accurate records of open and closed warranty claims in the tracking system. Team Management & Coordination : Train and manage Fading West Construction team members assigned to assist with warranty work. Source and procure materials needed to perform work required to resolve claims. Schedule and oversee subcontractors for claim-related repairs when necessary. Reporting & Communication : Provide weekly updates to supervisors on the status of warranty claims and any ongoing issues. Offer constructive feedback to supervisors and Fading West Homes factory personnel to improve factory processes and reduce future warranty issues. Strategic Collaboration : Collaborate with other Fading West Construction superintendents and management to balance modular project progression and warranty service requirements. Contribute to improving modular construction finishing processes while maintaining warranty expectations and homeowner communication. Customer Relations : Maintain professional and respectful communication with clients and homeowners throughout the warranty process. Ensure warranty work meets Fading West Constructions quality standards and homeowners expectations. Qualifications 5 years of experience in construction, customer service, or warranty management. Familiarity with modular construction is a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple claims simultaneously. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients, homeowners, and team members. Proficient in scheduling, coordinating teams, and managing subcontractors. Analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve claims efficiently. Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. High school diploma or GED required; additional education in construction management or related fields preferred.
