Faegre Drinker has an opportunity for a Client Relations & Strategy Specialist to work in our Minneapolis, Philadelphia, Chicago, Denver, or downtown Indianapolis office. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to retaining and growing a portfolio of the firm’s multimillion-dollar client relationships. This position will work with other talented individuals who share a passion for doing great work in the best interest of our clients.
What you would do:
- Support Client Relations and Strategy Managers (CRSM)
- Support tailored marketing and business development opportunities with identified clients
- Assist with client service team meetings including: preparation, meeting execution and identified follow up items. In addition, help with meeting reservations, calendar coordination across CST, meeting notes, tracking actions and support identified opportunities in partnership with the CRSMs
- Support internal communications to ensure consistent client experience across CST, including Conrad client page maintenance and development
- Coordinate and collect necessary information and insight across operational departments in support of client portfolio projects and needs which may include liaising on finance and billing, pricing, practice management, diversity and inclusion, information technology, marketing, and recruiting matters
- Other duties and projects as assigned

The anticipated initial hourly rate for someone who is hired into this position is $33.50– $38.50/hr. based on a 37.5 hour a week schedule.
Actual initial hourly rate may be above or below the above-identified range and will be based on the relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors, including the location where the position is filled, in all cases consistent with applicable law. This is a non-exempt role paid on an hourly basis with a 37.5-hour schedule work week. The initial hourly rate listed above is just one component of Faegre Drinker's total compensation and benefits package for professional staff, which includes, but is not limited to, a discretionary bonus; life, health, accident, and disability insurance; and a 401(k) plan.

What Is Required
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, communications, or English
- 3-5 years of working experience
- Comfortable working with technology, financial databases and software systems
- 2-4 years of project management experience; experience working in a law firm or professional services environment preferred.
