What are the responsibilities and job description for the Intellectual Property Associate - Litigation (Philadelphia) position at Faegre Drinker?
Faegre Drinker is actively recruiting a litigation associate to join our thriving Intellectual Property practice. This position offers the opportunity to focus on patent litigation for a national and international client base from our Philadelphia office.
Successful candidates will have one to three years of intellectual property litigation experience; candidates with a background in electrical engineering, computer engineering or computer science are strongly encouraged to apply. Candidates with experience as a federal judicial law clerk are also strongly encouraged to apply. We are seeking an associate who is collaborative and motivated to succeed in a client-focused, team-oriented environment. Candidates must also have excellent academic credentials and have strong written and oral communications skills. This is a hybrid position which generally calls for two - three days in the office.
