What are the responsibilities and job description for the Trademark, Copyright, Advertising and Media (T-CAM) Attorney - Indianapolis position at Faegre Drinker?
Faegre Drinker is actively recruiting an attorney to join our Trademark, Copyright, Advertising and Media (T-CAM) practice area in our Intellectual Property practice group in Indianapolis.
We are seeking a non-partnership track attorney with at least two years of experience in trademark enforcement and prosecution. A strong candidate will be a lawyer who seeks a steady volume of online enforcement and prosecution work and autonomy, along with the opportunity to be part of a strong team. This is a hybrid position which generally calls for two to three days in the office. The position allows for flexibility in hours expectations with commensurate compensation and will focus on practicing law without needing to be involved in business development. State bar admission is required.
If you are looking for an opportunity with a growing, collaborative firm, please apply online and include a cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and writing sample.
