Responsibilities

• The trainer will plan and orchestrate training for cleanroom personnel that perform daily activities associated with compounds and repacks.
• Ensure all activities are performed within compliance of the controlled environment.
• Be proactive and resolve issues and drive training initiatives independently or within a team environment.
• Actively involved in corrective action follow-ups when applicable.
• Working closely with internal subject matter experts and other partners to develop content for existing & new procedures within compounding.
• Track and trend sterile services training updates in spreadsheets.
• Attend weekly meetings with supervisors to stay current with departmental updates and issues.
• Proper documentation of forms within the cleanroom areas.
• Other duties as assigned.

Profile/Experience

• The cleanroom technician shall be a subject matter expert in all areas listed above or industry equivalent.
• Automation manufacturing experience is preferred.
• The cleanroom technician trainer shall be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods of time and shall have no allergies to chemicals that might be used during compounding.
