Key Responsibilities :
- Credentialing : Manage and process provider credentialing and re-credentialing applications.
- Communication : Answer and make phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide support to staff and providers.
- Recruitment : Assist in sourcing, screening, and onboarding new healthcare professionals.
- Administrative Support : Handle filing, document organization, and data entry.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with providers, HR, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Multi-Tasking : Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Self-Starter : Take initiative in problem-solving and process improvement.
- Experience : 1-2 years Prior experience in healthcare administration and credentialing is required.
- Skills : Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with credentialing software, databases, and Microsoft Office.
- Work Ethic : Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
