The Senior Creative Support Specialist will work directly with the senior project management staff and members across the team to ensure all project tasks are completed with efficiency and excellence. In addition, you will work closely with team members and clients to schedule meetings and follow up on internal and external tasks and deliverables.You will be responsible for coordinating activities across multiple calendars, developing drafts of some internal and client-facing documents, and working collaboratively with team members from across the agency to promote client goals and advance their mission.Essential Job DutiesLearning (15%)Participate in professional development and learning activities to continuously improve leadership, management, project management, and writing skillsRead and reflect on agency readings; connect readings to short- and long-term goals for team and agencyParticipate in agency team meetings, professional development check-ins, and other internal meetings, as neededMaintaining high level of organization for print and digital files and materialsProject Support and Management (85%) Support the development of positive and professional staff and client relationships through phone and email communication, including following up with clients after meetings and sending internal reminders about specific tasksSupport senior project management with general operational tasksPlan and schedule meetings, presentations, and related events; send reminders regarding upcoming appointments to internal team and clientsLiaise with clients in a professional manner and provide updates on project activities, milestones, and budgetsManage communication with clients and team members, including drafting follow-up emails, creative briefs, and other project-related documentsAssist with the copywriting or copyediting process for client-facing materials, including but not limited to press releases, social media content, newsletter content, blogs, and similar materialsAssist in preparation of presentation materials for internal and external meetings, including drafting agendas, compiling design mock-ups, and other related tasksUse Teamwork project management software to organize projects, schedule tasks, and ensure projects are kept on-time and within budgetDraft detailed notes and action items for project meetings and send internal and external follow-up emails to ensure deliverables are completed on timeAssist with media planning and placement, including tracking budgets, following up with vendors, and preparing reportsJob Requirements and Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented with exceptional organizational skillsAbility to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environmentAbility to handle the pressure of meeting tight deadlinesIntrinsically motivated self-starter, team player, critical thinker, and effective communicatorA healthy dose of curiosityExtensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and productivity software (e.g., Google Drive, Google Docs, Dropbox, etc.)Experience with project management software (e.g., Teamwork, Basecamp, Asana, etc.)Excellent customer service skillsAbility to prioritize given tasks and work efficiently towards completing themStrong problem solver and analytical thinkerCompensation commensurate with experience.About Fahrenheit Creative GroupWe are a minority-owned, full service marketing communications firm in Jackson, Mississippi.
