We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Assistant to support the Operations Manager in day-to-day tasks and ensure the smooth functioning of our organization. This role involves coordinating across departments, managing deadlines, and tracking essential processes to support operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operations Manager with daily administrative tasks and operational activities.
- Ensure all departments complete assigned trainings on time by following up with team members and their managers to meet deadlines.
- Collect and organize receipts, attendee lists, and event materials from department leads for submission to vendors for funding reimbursements.
- Track and manage all incoming packages and deliveries, ensuring accurate documentation and timely distribution.
- Oversee the return and tracking of equipment from offboarded users and computer replacement programs, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Min 4-5 years of hands-on experience with working in the operations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in tracking tools and software is a plus.
- A team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational excellence and ensuring that processes run smoothly across the organization.
