What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fair Grounds is hiring: Camera Operator - Seasonal in New Orleans position at Fair Grounds?

Responsibilities :

Operate television camera equipment in both studio and ENG configurations.
Understand what is needed to work in a live television environment.
Climb 50 foot towers multiple times during a shift.
Follow established safety guidelines for tower and roof locations.
Secure camera location and equipment following live production.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Must consent to and successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Must be 18 years or older (required by Casino and / or State regulations).

Must be able to obtain a Louisiana Racing Commission License. (Company will provide application.)

Preferred :

Previous experience in live television production.

Familiar with various aspects of television production.
