The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of customer relations, directing and supervising hourly staff, printing daily programs, accurately counting and preparing shipments of cash, and promoting a harmonious relationship with the facility manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Direct and supervise hourly staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Print daily programs and ensure that they are accurate and up-to-date.
- Accurately count, balance, and prepare shipments of large amounts of cash.
- Interact with the facility manager to promote a positive and harmonious working relationship.
- Monitor and report accidents and/or incidents in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Must consent to and successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
- Must be 21 years or older, as required by Casino and/or State regulations.
- Must be able to obtain a Louisiana Racing Commission License (Company will provide application).
- Must be able to obtain Tech 1 License.
- Preferred 1-3 years of related work experience.
