Fair Grove Elementary Eagle Time

Fair Grove Elementary is seeking a dedicated and adaptable individual to fill the Eagle Time position for the 2025-2026 school year. This role is essential to the daily operations of the elementary school, providing support to ensure a safe, structured, and positive learning environment for all students.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support students assigned to In-School Suspension (ISS), ensuring they remain engaged in academic work and adhere to behavioral expectations.

• Assist with the elementary alternative school, working with students who require additional behavioral or academic support outside the traditional classroom setting.

• Serve as a flexible support staff member, assisting with student supervision, intervention programs, and administrative tasks as assigned by the building principal.

• Foster a positive and structured environment, reinforcing school expectations while building relationships with students.

• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to support student success and maintain a productive school climate.

Position Details:

• This non-certified staff position is paid according to Fair Grove School District’s non-certified pay scale.

• The position follows the elementary school schedule, with specific hours and duties determined by the principal.
