Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Maintenance Engineer role located in Birmingham, AL. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for equipment maintenance, maintenance engineering, maintenance and repair, preventive maintenance, life safety survey compliance, and electrical maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of the retirement community's facilities.
Salary Range:
$75,000-$90,000
