Fair Haven Retirement Community is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our beautiful, thriving community. As the Maintenance Director, you will play a critical role in ensuring a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for our residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the maintenance team.
- Oversee repairs and preventative maintenance for all building systems, equipment, and facilities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Respond to urgent maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Maintain records of service, repairs, and inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized services.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in building maintenance or facilities management.
- Leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
