Looking for self starting individuals to become part of our family as a charge nurse. As a charge nurse, you will be responsible to assist residents in all areas of daily living, complete documentation, follow care plans, medication administration, etc.

- Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and document patient's vital signs and medical information
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care
```Qualifications:```
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Proficient in medical terminology and documentation practices
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality guidelines
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a diverse patient population
