FLFCD is a privately-owned practice in Fairfax, nestled between Monument Drive and Fair Oaks Mall. Recently renovated and rebranded our office stands out from most. Operating for just over 16 years, FLFCD strives to be up-to-date in the latest technology, as well as focusing on team building and continuing education.
So what are we looking for?
We currently have an opening on our clinical team for a dental assistant. We understand that a DA is a crucial position because you are the doctor's right-hand person! We provide the tools to succeed, but we need you to make the office work. The perfect candidate for this position should be organized, have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and have a superb eye for details. Duties for this position will include, but are not limited to:
- Room Set-Up and Sterilization
- Four-Handed Dentistry
- Lab Case Tracking
- Temporary Crowns
- iTero Scanning
- SprintRay 3D Printing (we will train you!)
- Assist Doctor :D
What's in our office?
At FLFCD, we strive for organization, easy work-flows and SOPs! Our office is packed with the latest and greatest tools of dentistry. Our sterilzation area is a dental clinicial's dream! Includes: multiple autoclaves, a statum, a HYDRUM, tip out bins and organization galore! Our operatories include: floor to ceiling windows, gorgeous cabinets and chairs, TVs mounted on the ceiling, massaging patient chairs and more. We also listen to a pretty good mix of music in the office so prepare to V-I-B-E.
When are we open?
- Mondays: 7-4
- Tuesdays: 7-4
- Wednesdays: 7-1
- Thursdays: 7-5
- Fridays: 7-1
Each day we arrive at 7am to prepare for the day and at 7:30 we have a team meeting. This includes reviewing the day before, the schedule for the current day, and assigning any tasks that need to be completed that day. Our first patients begin to arrive at 8am.
