Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid Commercial Driver's license, preferred or willingness to obtain
- Knowledge and experience in operating computer software in transportation routing and operations management systems, preferred
- Mechanical knowledge of operating a vehicle maintenance shop, student and staff safety program and driver training program, preferred
- Knowledge of Federal, State and New Jersey Department of Education laws and regulations related to transportation, preferred
- Ability to maintain a positive work environment
- Possess strong interpersonal and communications skills
