We are seeking an Executive Chef Kitchen Manager to join our team! You will directly supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in preparing and serving food. The Dietary Manager is responsible for all aspects of the dietary department, which include, but are not limited to food service and sanitation, staffing, providing quality meals, balancing monthly budgets, meeting special dietary needs, ordering food, and hiring personnel.
Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operation of food service staff
Monitor quality of products and services produced
Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
Maintain health standards for raw and finished products
Manage a balanced budget
Hire and train servers and cooks
Cook meals on specific days
Must be a team player
