REPORTS TO: COWFÉ MANAGER
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Display excellence in all aspects of customer service and continually strives to improve existing service programs and training.
- Assist Manager in coaching and developing staff.
- Follow and enforce policies as outlined in the employee handbook and SOPs. Openly discuss ways to improve operations.
- Accurately account all basic and advanced cash handling functions and reports.
- Assist placing product orders and Inventory control.
- Ensure all product and supplies available for purchase are in stock and displayed properly 100% of the time.
- Keep open communication with manager about product shortages and quality issues.
- Act as Manager and perform managerial duties when Manager is unavailable.
- Have basic knowledge of POS system and registers.
- Solve problems with customers, employees, and operations when required.
- Ensure 100% of customers are 100% satisfied 100% of the time.
- Direct employees, create strategies, and execute plans during extra slow times and through extra heavy customer flows to maintain constant performance.
- Enforce safe food handling procedures.
- Enforce completion of daily duties on day to day basis.
- Lead employees by example at all times.
- Perform employee corrections when necessary.
- Perform all customer service assistant duties and responsibilities at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.

- High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
- 2 Years experience in a leadership or education position.
- 2 Years customer service experience.
