Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects across various departments, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Collaborate with department heads to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
- Create and maintain comprehensive SOP documents to standardize processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and meet quality standards.
- Provide guidance and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably in a multi-departmental environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to create detailed project plans and SOP documents.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and address project challenges.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
