Are you an experienced RN looking for an exciting and rewarding new opportunity as part of a dynamic team? Fair Oaks Health Care Center located in Crystal Lake, IL maybe exactly what the doctor ordered. We are currently looking for a casual RN to work one 12-hour shift (7am-7pm) per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills while being passionate about caring for our residents. Come join our Fair Oaks family you won't be disappointed.
JOB DESCIRPTION
- completes assignments/assessments in a timely manner ensuring safe care of residents
- document results of care within facility policies, procedures and scope of practice
- implements holistic plan of care
- demonstrates time management and task prioritization
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must have active and current nursing license in the state of Illinois
- Must be able to perform physical requirements of the job
- Must successfully pass background and drug screen

- Previous long-term care experience

- Human Resource Manager will contact you within 1-2 business days of your application submission
- Complete 1-2 interview(s) with Department Head and Human Resources
- Upon receiving the job offer, complete new-hire tasks and onboarding paperwork (via the Paycor app)
- Human Resource will set date/time to complete paperwork, provide tour of building while introducing you to our staff, provide name badge and time clock access
- Department head and/or Scheduler will meet with you to provide you with schedule
- Paid departmental (job specific) training - five day minimum
- Paid building orientation
- Receive continuous training as you provide exceptional care to our residents
