As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Fair Trade Outsourcing, you will be a key driver of our business growth. Responsibilities :
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including research, social media (i.e. LinkedIn, cold calls, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to pursue inbound leads and uncover new engagement opportunities.
- Qualify leads based on their fit with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and gather critical client information.
- Effectively articulate the value of our services to potential clients in a clear and compelling manner.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, demos, and meetings for the sales team.
- Ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads to Account Executives and the VP of Sales.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with prospects through consistent, professional communication.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of activities and prospects in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation and qualification metrics to the sales leadership.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to enhance outreach strategies.
- Share insights with sales and marketing teams to refine and improve overall strategies.
