The LPN is responsible for daily nursing operations and providing optimal quality clinical care in accordance with all state/federal guidelines and Fairacres policies/procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Record physical findings, and formulate plans and prognosis based on residents condition. Report these to the attending physician.
- Give direct physical and psychological nursing care in emergencies, as well as in the presence of an illness or disability, in order to maintain life, provide comfort, reduce stress, and enhance the residents ability to cope.
- Provide information to residents and family members of prevention techniques and other ways to maintain or improve the general health and psychosocial status of the resident.
- Must be able to deliver quality nursing care knowledgeably and competently to patients
- Be a Force on the Floor: Lead team by example when passing medications, assisting residents with personal care, and completing paperwork.
- Communicate effectively to RN Supervisor all residents change in conditions
Requirements:
- Valid and active LPN license in the state of Colorado.
- Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university required.
- 1-year Experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) preferred
- CPR Certification
- High School Diploma or equivalent
WAGE RANGE: $29.00-$35.00 an hour D.O.E. plus $1.00 Shift Differential!!
