Essential Job Duties
- Participates in discussion and planning on maximizing impact of Marketing initiatives including Product roll-out and external customer facing website(s).
- Designs, maintains, and updates information and digitized images, banners, bullets, charts, image maps, and other graphics to enhance the appearance of sites and keep the content and graphics current.
- Leads review, development, design and roll-out applications recognizing responsive and mobile-first design concepts,
- Develops singular, consumable, applications using APIs from multiple programs/sites.
- Coordinates with different departments to introduce and roll-out new sites and applications.
- Researches and implements new internet and authoring technologies as required to maintain the most modern and applicable web technology,
- Designs device agnostic sites and tools.
- Administers server/provisioning and associated maintenance,
- Leads database design and maintenance.
- Creates coding as required to build interfaces and applications.
- Works closely with IT to ensure consistency with overall IT strategy and technology usage/application.
- Interfaces regularly with all functions within the company assessing improvement opportunities.
- Monitors website usage/traffic statistics.
- Additional duties as required.
- This position requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or similar (will consider equivalent work experience).
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of web application and web development experience.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Working knowledge of security and validation concepts, including multi-factor authentication.
- Strong testing and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Advanced knowledge of current internet and web browser standards.
- Critical thinker with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work as well as concentrate on multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Required to use close vision and be able to focus.
