Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch drivers effectively to ensure timely deliveries.
Monitor and track shipments, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
Plan and adjust routes as necessary to optimize efficiency and meet customer demands.
Maintain accurate database records and import documentation.
Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Handle multiple priorities and work efficiently under pressure.
Provide exceptional customer service and problem-solving solutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Prior experience in dispatching, fleet management, or transportation logistics preferred.
Strong route planning and scheduling skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and geographical knowledge of OR/ID/MT/WA.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
Flexible availability to work essential hours as needed, including weekends.
