Responsibilities :
- Create your sales pipeline by generating leads and attracting new prospects
- Onboard new customers
- Negotiate pricing
- Full functional responsibility for assigned book of business
- Collaborate with shippers, carriers, and drivers to pick up and deliver shipments
- Provide excellent customer service to assigned customer accounts
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure issues are resolved effectively and communicated with the customer
- Utilize the internal TMS system to keep accurate records of your activities

Responsibilities
Full functional responsibility for assigned book of business.
Responsible for generating revenue growth through new customer relationships.
Work with assigned customer accounts to ensure high level of customer service.
Work with corporate sales team to generate revenue through new and existing customers.
Dispatch company drivers, broker freight, solicit customers, solicit outside carriers to increase our carrier network, manage assigned customer accounts, and much more.
Generate customer quotes, marketing material, and assist with pricing strategies.
