This role focuses on building client relationships, managing high-volume accounts, and driving revenue in key markets. Your ability to multitask, think strategically, and take initiative will ensure your success.

What You’ll Do:

As an Account Manager, you’ll be at the center of our operations, taking full responsibility for your book of business. You’ll build relationships with customers across the USA and Canada, ensuring they receive best-in-class service while helping us grow the business.

  • Ownership & Accountability: Manage your assigned portfolio of high-volume accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Drive Revenue: Generate new business by proactively reaching out to potential customers, cold-calling, and cultivating relationships to increase revenue streams.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve issues, and become the trusted point of contact for all things logistics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the corporate sales team to support both new and existing customer growth, sharing insights and strategies.
  • Logistics Operations: Dispatch company drivers, broker freight, solicit customers, expand our carrier network, and manage the day-to-day operations for your accounts.
  • Strategic Input: Prepare customer quotes, develop marketing materials, and assist in setting competitive pricing strategies.
  • Adaptability: No two days are the same – you’ll be tackling a variety of tasks to ensure customer success and business growth.

Qualifications


Responsibilities

Full functional responsibility for assigned book of business.

Responsible for generating revenue growth through new customer relationships.

Work with assigned customer accounts to ensure high level of customer service.

Work with corporate sales team to generate revenue through new and existing customers.

Dispatch company drivers, broker freight, solicit customers, solicit outside carriers to increase our carrier network, manage assigned customer accounts, and much more.

Generate customer quotes, marketing material, and assist with pricing strategies.

Salary : $68,000 - $100,000
