Description
Independently administers a specific, limited-clientele, divisionwide function that is moderately specialized and complex; performs the operational, administrative, and logistical tasks required to provide the specific service; and performs related duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications
Required
- Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school or possession of a General Equivalency Diploma (GED) certificate.
- Four (4) years of experience in the field of the assigned office or department, two (2) years of which must have been in the technical function to which assigned.
- Advanced degree(s) beyond the minimum degree requirement in a relevant field may be considered for some experience.
- Knowledge of practices, procedures, and policies of the assigned office.
- Effective organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data and reach sound conclusions.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to deal quickly and accurately with quantitative information and verify the correctness of actions.
