Description
Performs the full range of professional duties required to support human resources administration, including the performance of position classification, compensation analysis, salary calculations, organizational development, and complex or sensitive activities; and may manage human resources large-scale, long-term projects.
Qualifications
Required
- Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
- Four (4) years of experience in human resources or related specialty, two (2) years of which shall have been in classification, compensation, or salary administration.
Advanced degree(s) beyond the minimum degree requirement in a relevant field may be considered for some experience.
