Description
Performs a variety of professional duties required to support project management for information technology infrastructure systems installation or implementation projects specific to one of the following systems: fire alarm systems
Qualifications
Required
- Any combination of education, training, and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, information technology, electronics, or a related field.
- One (1) year of experience in providing customer service in an information technology infrastructure environment and/or managing installation projects.
- Advanced degree(s) beyond the minimum degree requirement in a relevant field may be considered for some experience.
- Industry certifications specific to the assignment may be required.
- Knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of information technology infrastructure systems specific to assignment.
- Knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal codes, regulations, and laws.
- Proficiency in technology to include project-related computer applications.
- Ability to manage projects and oversee contractor personnel.
- Ability to prepare and deliver technical training and project presentations.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
