Performs full life-cycle system development activities; analyzes problem domains, develops requirements definitions, and designs, implements, and tests systems.
Qualifications
Required
- Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
- Four (4) years of experience in information systems development, one (1) year of which shall have been in the development of system architectures, practices, and tools.
Advanced degree(s) beyond the minimum degree requirement in a relevant field may be considered for some experience.
