What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Fairfax Radiology Centers, LLC?
This is a full-time, benefitted position at our corporate office in Fairfax, Virginia. The hours are Monday – Friday, 8:300 AM – 5:00 PM.

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice and problem-solver for patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies. You’ll take charge of medical inquiries, manage patient accounts, and help resolve issues with care and efficiency. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love making a difference through exceptional service.
What you’ll do:
- Answer inbound calls from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to assist with inquiries related to medical services, insurance claims, and billing inquiries.
- Discuss payment options with patients, establish feasible payment plans and ensure clear communication of terms.
- Investigate and resolve patient or provider complaints, following company protocols.
What you’ll bring:
- 2 years’ experience in patient accounting functions in a healtcare cpmpany
- In-depth working knowledge of patient registration, CPT and ICD-10 coding/charging, patient and insurance billing and collections, managed care and related federal and state regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral
- The ability to use all Microsoft office products, Excel, Word and Outlook is required.

- College degree preferred
