Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Laundry Attendant to join our team at Country Inn & Suites. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and quality of linens and guest laundry, contributing to the overall comfort of our guests during their stay.
Responsibilities
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron linens and guest laundry according to established procedures.
- Ensure all laundry equipment is operated safely and maintained properly.
- Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies and report any shortages.
- Maintain cleanliness in the laundry area to meet health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely delivery of clean linens.
- Respond promptly to requests for laundry services from guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in laundry services or housekeeping preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with laundry equipment and cleaning chemicals is a plus.
