We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our team at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations during the night shift while providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Located in a friendly environment, you will play a key role in maintaining our high standards of hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Perform nightly audits of hotel operations and financial transactions.
- Ensure accurate reporting of daily revenue and expenses.
- Provide excellent customer service at the front desk, addressing guest inquiries and concerns.
- Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently during night hours.
- Maintain security protocols and ensure the safety of guests and property.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including handling phone calls and messages.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
