Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at Fairfield by Marriott in Germantown, TN. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage staff, develop and implement business strategies, and maintain financial performance. Responsibilities also include ensuring operational compliance, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting hotel services and amenities.

- Experience in hospitality management, guest service, and operational oversight
- Financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management
