Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work directly with customers to give needed info or assist with issues
- Work directly with sales reps
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment
- Work with Order Management
- Manage and respond to emails
- Work with other team members to assist with issues
- Keep up to date on products and promos
Education and work Experience
- High School diploma
- 4 years’ experience in customer service
- Microsoft office, Excel required
- AS400 preferred
- Phone skills
Physical Demands:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Office environment
- Attention to detail and good time management skills are required
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment that is consistently evolving
