The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand visibility, build relationships, and drive engagement and conversations. This role requires a creative professional with a deep understanding of social media trends and strategies. They will be in charge of developing content, managing specialized events / campaigns, and analyzing performance data across all social media channels.
Duties and Responsibilities : Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategiesMonitor and analyze social media trends and adjust strategies accordinglyCreate and manage campaigns to grow brand awareness and increase engagementDevelop and manage content calendarsCoordinate with other departments for creating contentMonitor, respond to, and engage with followers on social media channelsAnalyze performance data and adjust strategies as neededKeep up-to-date on the latest social media trendsMonitor competitors' social media activitiesPerform other duties as assigned by the SuperintendentRequirements and Qualifications :
3 years of experience in social media managementExcellent writing and communication skillsProven track record of creating successful social media content and campaignsAble to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentUnderstanding of analytics and metrics associated with social mediaKnowledge of the latest social media trends and best practicesProficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design toolsPreferred but Not Required :
Possess skills incorporating video broadcasting into social media communicationsHave experience with radio broadcasting to use as social media outlets to promote the schoolBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferredCompensation :
