POSITION SUMMARY
The Chief Engineer is primarily responsible for the overall maintenance of the hotel's
building, grounds, and operational systems. This role oversees equipment,
mechanical / electrical systems, and ensures compliance with safety and security
protocols. The position also involves training staff, managing maintenance issues, and
supporting asset management to enhance guest experiences.
