We're looking for a Maintenance Person to help keep our buildings in tip-top shape. The successful candidate for this position will have a background in home and building construction and will be responsible for performing repairs on walls, plumbing, electronics, furniture, machinery and other aspects of the building's infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be capable of both fixing issues as well as making educated guesses about what might have been the cause of any problems and will enjoy helping others resolve their issues quickly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and repair buildings, maintaining temperature and humidity within pre-set levels.
- Maintain a safe work environment.
- Maintain a list of all equipment and repair facilities.
- Maintain accurate files of maintenance procedures.
- Keep up with required training.
- Know the location of all building supplies.
- Evaluate new maintenance technologies and report on their effectiveness.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Schedule:
- 5x8
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
