We're looking for a friendly, outgoing, upbeat person that can work evenings, nights, and weekends to provide excellent customer service to our guests. Our Guest Service Agents play a vital role in our organization by directly interacting with customers and assisting them with their hotel stay from check in to check out.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and register hotel guests.
- Answer questions and resolve guests' concerns
- Enter new guest information into the software system and communicate with those departments that need to know the information.
- Answer phones and make reservations
- Check in and out guests and ensure their billing is accurate.
Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Able to work evenings, nights, and weekends
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
