Hotel Breakfast Attendant

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services during breakfast hours, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for all guests. Your attention to detail and culinary skills will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our guests in a hotel setting.

Duties

• Set up and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times.
• Prepare and present breakfast items, including hot and cold dishes, in an appealing manner.
• Assist guests with their needs, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Buss tables promptly after guests finish their meals to maintain a tidy environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely replenishment of food items and supplies.
• Follow food safety guidelines and maintain high standards of hygiene in food preparation areas.
• Perform meat cutting and other culinary tasks as needed to support breakfast service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with culinary practices, including meat cutting and catering, is a plus.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on providing excellent guest experiences.
• Must be able to work early morning shifts on weekends and holidays as required.
• A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
