The Keys Hotel and Resort is seeking a Night Auditor to join our team on a full time basis. The ideal candidate has experience dealing with accounting data and has worked in a fast-paced environment. They should be comfortable working in a team environment, be efficient and have an eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
- Check in customers at the front desk.
- Check out guests from their rooms and return their keys.
- Communicate with guests in a calm and efficient manner when necessary.
- Explain room services, facilities, and amenities to guests.
- Answer guest service inquiries at the front desk.
- Be able to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
- Deal with unhappy guests as necessary.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
