Compensation:
$20 - $24 hourly
Responsibilities:
What you will be doing:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for front office staff, including customer service, hotel policies, and procedures
- Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and evaluations to ensure staff is knowledgeable and skilled in front-office operations
- Identify training needs and performance gaps among associates
- Monitor guest feedback and service standards, using insights to adjust training initiatives as necessary
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel software, systems, and procedures to provide ongoing support and training
- Must be able to understand and execute Marriott Brand Standard Audit requirements.
- Performs all duties at the Front Desk as necessary.
- Runs Front Desk shifts whenever necessary.
- Acts As Manager on Duty in the absence of the General Manager.
Qualifications:
Requirements:
- Experience in hotel management or front office operations. (1-2 years minimum)
- Experience in training and supervising staff in a hospitality environment
- Outstanding attention to detail and extremely organized
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexible schedule to accommodate training sessions and team needs
- Marriott Brand experience preferred
- Flexible Schedule- must be able to work weekends and holidays. Shift times will Vary as well.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
