Compensation:

$20 - $24 hourly

Responsibilities:

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for front office staff, including customer service, hotel policies, and procedures
  • Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and evaluations to ensure staff is knowledgeable and skilled in front-office operations
  • Identify training needs and performance gaps among associates
  • Monitor guest feedback and service standards, using insights to adjust training initiatives as necessary
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel software, systems, and procedures to provide ongoing support and training
  • Must be able to understand and execute Marriott Brand Standard Audit requirements.
  • Performs all duties at the Front Desk as necessary.
  • Runs Front Desk shifts whenever necessary.
  • Acts As Manager on Duty in the absence of the General Manager.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • Experience in hotel management or front office operations. (1-2 years minimum)
  • Experience in training and supervising staff in a hospitality environment
  • Outstanding attention to detail and extremely organized
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate training sessions and team needs
  • Marriott Brand experience preferred
  • Flexible Schedule- must be able to work weekends and holidays. Shift times will Vary as well.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
