- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and assist guests with their requests.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and special requests.
- Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are balanced at the end of the day.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.

Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred, particularly in hotel environments.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
