What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance position at Fairfield Inn by Marriott?
We are currently looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The Maintenance person will be responsible for performing preventive and regular maintenance and repairs to all areas of the hotel. responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer to include: Carryout preventive maintenance program to ensure facility is maintained and in service for our guests (example: lighting, refrigeration, heating, air-conditioning, water treatment systems and pools). Monitor budget and control expenses with a focus on energy management and preventative maintenance. Must be able to lift heavy equipment. Must be able to stand on your feet the entire shift. Maintenance experience or general building maintenance.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
