We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and common areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linens in guest rooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and stairwells.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with laundry duties as required, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or inquiries.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- A commitment to hospitality and providing a positive experience for all guests.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
