Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties to ensure all areas are well-maintained.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Restock housekeeping supplies in assigned areas to ensure availability for daily operations.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitization in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or inquiries.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
