Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Check-in and check-out guests in an efficient and timely manner
- Answer phone calls and provide information to guests
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with special requests or accommodations for guests
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a positive guest experience
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
